Although the cuisine is called "American with global influences," the menu is arranged by courses encouraging a slow European dining experience. For the second course, the tender risotto and couscous with mint and lamb is a great dish to share. Seafood entrees impress--the seared tender scallops feature a succulent center and the flaky, pan-fried halibut is paired with a zesty chorizo hash.
