Maxwells American Pub is an excellent bar located
on the corner of Washington and 12th Ave by the
Metrodome in Minneapolis. Maxwells is the place
to go before or after a Vikings or Twins game.
The food at Maxwells is excellent as is the service
and the location makes it a convenient stop for
visitors to Minneapolis.
The tin-ceiling ambience and service makes you
feel like a regular. Burgers and chicken sandwiches
share menu space with beefy Reubens and Philly
steak sandwiches, plus walleye and several pastas.
Buffalo wings go for a rock-bottom price during
Tuesday and Thursday happy hours. Walk the beat
here anytime, or grab a bite before or after a
game.
Maxwell's is a great neighborhood hang out with
lots of style and a menu to keep you coming back.
The kitchen is no bigger than your bathroom but
it pumps out favorites and unique specialties.
The servers are prompt, friendly, and visible.
The Quesadillas are outstanding, as well as the
walleye fingers. Friendly folks and patrons make
this place a must when in the area.
