About Hubert's Bar
& Restaurant
The closest bar to the Metrodome is a magnet for
sports fans craving a bite and a brew. In short,
it's all about the location. Named for Minnesota's
most well known elected official, Hubert H. Humphrey,
this bar sits in the shadow of the HHH Metrodome,
also named after the famed politician. A gathering
place for fans of the Minnesota Twins and Vikings,
the place is packed on game days. Many fans will
stop by for a pre or post-game libation or bite
to eat.
The outdoor patio is a big draw
and the pub grub makes for a worthy meal before
or after the game. Burgers, brats, sandwiches,
salads and other menu items all come in large
quantities. Wash it down with one of the eight
drafts or more than 10 bottled domestics and imports.
A comfy back area is named for legendary Twins
broadcaster Halsey Hall. Music is presented by
Sattelite radio; a mix of classic rock and pop,
but they also play some R&B and Blues.
Hubert's is your standard sports
bar, decked with big booths, tables, and sports
memorabilia. The bar is a memorabilia collector's
dream, but don’t stay too long! Grab a healthy
portioned burger, sandwich or appetizer and wash
it down with a pitcher of brew or soft drinks,
and then head across the street to the dome to
see the big game!
